Rates

My fee is $175 for a 50-minute session.

Sliding scale (reduced) rates are available, down to $100/session.

Because I believe in the importance of making mental healthcare accessible to all, I have a limited number of spots for affordable-therapy clients who sign up through Open Path Collective.

I also currently offer pro bono, short-term therapy to Covid-19 Healthcare Professionals. For more information, please visit Therapy Aid Coalition.

Insurance

I am a provider for clients who have Lyra Health benefits.

While I am not in-network with any major insurance panels, I am able to work with clients who have PPO insurance that allows them to see out-of-network providers. In these cases, your full fee is due at the time of service and you submit your receipt to your insurance company for some reimbursement. Additionally, you can use a healthcare savings account (HSA/FSA) with pre-tax dollars to pay for sessions.

Payment

Payment can be made via all major credit and debit cards, including HSA/FSA cards.

Payment is accepted through Ivy Pay, a secure HIPAA-compliant payment system designed for therapists and their clients.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand to avoid a late cancellation fee.

If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the appointment, you may be charged up to the full rate of the session.

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.

You can ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
